Refund policy

When a customer makes a purchase from BEAUUTY4LESS,, they are agreeing to the following conditions: We've written up these guidelines so that you can understand our return policy and how refunds work. The rules below are applicable in the United States.

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to ask for a refund, exchange, or return.

Return and exchange conditions:

 Returns are subject to conditions, such as that the product itself is defective or non-defective products

Each and every item we sell comes with our full confidence in its superior quality. Our goal is for you to be completely happy with the items we sell.

If you are not happy with your order within the first 15 days of receiving it, you can ask for a return. PICTURES of the item will be asked before processing a return, exchange or refund.  Products must be returned in new and its original packaging.

You will have to pay the shipping fee to send it back. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Keep the box and any attached tags in the event that the item you receive is damaged, or defective. Please contact us by sending photos or videos to yayabeauty4less@gmail.com if there are any problems with your Beauuty4Less Store product(s) within 15 days of getting your order. A receipt or invoice is required as proof of purchase. After verifying the issue, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

 

Order Cancellation

Your order will be processed in 24 hours. Within 24 hours, you may cancel your order without consequence. After 24 hours or after shipment, if you decide to cancel your order, you will be charged for return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee.

Change Address

To ensure smooth delivery, Beauuty4Less store relies on you to provide accurate shipping details. In the event that you need to modify your shipping address, please get in touch with us no later than 24 hours after placing your order. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Also, we are not responsible for any delivery failures that happen because the shipping information was wrong.

Exchange

Within the first 48 hours after your order, you can request a replacement. To arrange an exchange, write to us at yayabeauty4less@gmail.com  After 24 hours or after shipment, if you want to exchange the product, you'll have to pay for return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee.

Courier delay or package loss

You are always welcome to check on the status of your order if there is a delay. If your shipment doesn't arrive within the time frame given, please let us know within 48 hours at yayabeauty4less@gmail.com . We will give you more time to ask for a refund or exchange while we look for your lost package.

What should I do if I need to return something?

Before you send it back, please contact Beauuty4Less Store Support at yayabeauty4less@gmail.com and give us the following information so we can confirm your order and take care of your after-sales issues as soon as possible:

Refund

We'll give you a refund once we've gotten the product back, looked at it, and figured out what's wrong. For a refund to be processed, you should expect to wait between 5 and 15 business days. If you haven't gotten your money back after 15 days, please email us at yayabeauty4less@gmail.com and provided us with your full name, order # and RMA #.

Any funds owed to you will be returned in the same manner as the first payment.
